TENDER NOTICE

The procuring agency invites sealed bids on single stage - single envelope procedure from interested contractors/ firms meeting eligibility criteria / registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid renewal certificate 2024, Valid NTN, Professional Tax &. Sindh Revenue Board for the procurement of Renovation & Repair works of offices.

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased from the date of publication up to 31-05-2024 up to 09:30 am hours by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the undersigned upon payment of Rs.3000/- for each item as non - refundable fee in shape of demand draft or pay order.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 31.05.2024 at 10:00 am and must accompanied by a bid security of five 5% of bid cost. Bids will be opened by the procurement committee of the Department in the presence of bidders / representatives of bidders on 31.05.2024 at 10:30 am.

The rates quoted should be inclusive of Income Tax, SRB etc. Taxes will be deducted at source as prescribed rates. The bidders are requested to give their best and final prices as no negotiations are accepted. In case Government declared / announce public holiday on the date of opening of Tender, the Tenders will be submitted / opened on the next working day.

Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to the acceptance of a bid as per SPPRA Rules, 2010 (Amended up to date)
