TENDER NOTICE

The Annual Development Project "Construction of Office Building Directorate of Labour Welfare Lahore (North)" Labour & Human Resource Department, Lahore requires procuring services from Income Tax/Sales Tax registered firms in sealed tenders for IT equipment, machinery and furniture as mentioned in the tender document, on the basis of free delivery at consignee's end.

The details of tender items are as under:

  5. CCTV Camera Setup (at least 7 Camera) with DVR and Accessories 1 No.
  6. LED Monitor 48 inch 1 No.
  7. Camera (DSLR KIT Body + Lenses+ other accessories) 1 No.
  8. Telephone Exchange 1 No. 9 Air Conditioner Inverter 3 No.
  9. Water Cooler 1 Set
  10. Water Dispenser 6 No.
  11. Geyser 3 No. 13 Multimedia 1 No.

LOT No. 02

  1. Executive Revolving Chair 02 No.
  2. Executive Table 02 No.
  3. Visitor Chair 20 No.
  4. Computer Table 10 No.
  5. Steel File Cabinet 9 No.

The intending bidders participating in the bidding shall provide the following documents along with their Technical Bids:

  • Company Profile
  • Bank Statement of last 6 Months.
  • NTN Registration Certificate.
  • Affidavit declaring that the company is not blacklisted by any Government Department/Authority/Agency/Company on Rs.50/- Stamp Paper.
  • Photocopy of CNIC.
  • Previous work orders of related items mentioned in the above description.

1. This procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 with amendments that may be downloaded from website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk

2. The procurement procedure shall be single stage two envelopes bidding procedure.

3. Tenderer should submit 2% of the bid security of estimated price in form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the undersigned along with quotation/bid/ proposal as per PPRA Rule 27, failing which the bid shall be considered as non-responsive and shall be rejected.

4. The tendering agency my reject all bids any time prior to acceptance of any bid as laid down in Section 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

5. Tender documents can be obtained from PMU located at Industrial Relation Institute (IRI), Chandni Chowk Township Lahore during office hours on next day of publication of tender which contains the invitation to tender, instruction, specification of the goods, terms & conditions of the procurement.

6. Tender bid/quotation/proposal must be received in the office of the undersigned before closing hours (till 4:00 pm) on 05-06-2024.

7. Tenders will be opened on 06-06-2024 at 11:00 am in presence of desirous representatives of participating firms as per rule 30 of PPRA Rules 2014 at PMU. If the day of submission/opening of bids is declared as holiday the bids will be opened on the next working day.

8. No tender document will be sold on tender opening day.

9. The interested bidders shall submit their financial bid, inclusive of all applicable government taxes/duties, in a sealed envelope, containing name of the firm and marked financial hid in the undersigned office.

10. The procuring agency may reject all proposals without assigning any reason prior to acceptance of the bid/proposal as per rule 35 of PPRA rules 2014. Tender document should be submitted on prescribed forms available from office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 2000/-.

11. The envelope should be clearly marked with tender inquiry No. & description of stores.
