Scope of Work
The selected Training Institute, Firm, or Organization will accommodate IRC trainees and, where needed, establish community- based training centers with ample resources and provide non-residential employable skills/vocational training for the duration of three (03) months in the following trades:
Description and duration of the training.
The training will prioritize practical sessions, with a format consisting of 80% practical and 20% theoretical components. It will adhere to the approved curriculum set forth by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Skills Development Council (SDC), Trade Testing Board (TTB), and Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA). Additionally, these courses will be accredited to ensure that beneficiaries’ skills not only qualify them for employment in Pakistan but also hold value and credibility in the event of repatriation, empowering them for long-term self-reliance. The program will also investigate possibilities for job placement and on-the-job training in both public and private sector enterprises and create linkages accordingly. It will also raise awareness among potential employers about offering placements to the trained community.
