RE-TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from suitable contractor, supplier, and authorized dealers by the District Office Social Welfare Special Education & Women Empowerment Department Swat for the year 2024-2025 for the purchase & supply of Food & Stuff (Fresh, Dry & Cooked) on daily routine basis under KPPRA Rules 2014, for following social welfare Centers/Institutions:-
1. Darul Aman Swat
2. Darul Kafala Swat
3. Rehabilitation Center for Drug Addicts Swat
4. Shelter Home/Panagah Swat

Conditions:
1- The Bid must be submitted in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014, viva single stage two envelope bidding procedures Technical Proposal along with relevant required documents & CDR and financial proposal is required to be submitted in two separate envelopes.
2- Financial proposal of the technically eligible/qualified firm will be opened only.
3- Only registered (Federal/Provincial Act) contractor, General Order supplier, manufacture Registration holders are eligible.
4 Call deposit @Rs:500000/- on the name of the District Officer Social Welfare must be attached with tender. CDR will be verified from concerned bank, in case of bogus CDR action will be taken under prevailing rules.
5- The firm should be registered with Halal Food Authority and relevant license of Halal Food must be attached with the bid documents (up-dated)
6- All tenders holder are liable to provide verified and attested banks statement (06 Months) with tender otherwise tender will not be consider.
7- All tenders holders have to submit their clearance certificate on stamp paper worth Rs:100 /- attested by the oath Commissioner with tender, in case of wrong statement action will be taken under prevailing rules.
8- The tender document showing full detail criteria, terms & Conditions/list of Food item can be received from the office of the undersigned on any working day by submitting written request & submitting Rs: 1500/-as tender form Fee.
9- All taxes will be deducted from the successful tender holder in accordance to the Government rules. The firm should be active Tax Payer (ALT). The firms should attach sale tax, Income tax certificate & NTN along with the documents. The firms claiming Tax Exemption a Certificate from concerned authorities.
10- Seal tender be submitted through Govt: Registered Post, TCS, Courier on the name of the District officer Social Welfare Swat on 3th September, 2024 at 11-00 AM, which will be opened on the same date at 12:00AM in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Swat/Chairman of the Committee.
11- An agreement between the Department & successful tender holder will be made before the issuing of supply order.
12- In case of failure to supply the ration items or supplying substandard items, or in case of violation of the rules & regulation, the concerned contractor can be black listed & his security will be forfeited.
13- According to KPPRA Rules 2014 the authorities can cancelled the tenders with showing valid reasons to concerned firms.
