PAKISTAN NAVY PNS SIDDIQ
TENDER NOTICE
Bids are invited from well reputed, PN registered/ security wise cleared and GST registered financially sound firms/ contractors/ parties for undertaking conservancy services in PNS SIDDIQ and its AoR during the FY 2024-25.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDERS
a. Specifications/ Description/ Work Scope of all the required services is enclosed and also given in Tender Documents which can be obtained from the undersigned after paying Rs 5,000/- tender fee (not refundable) on any working day between 0900-1300 hrs before 15 August 2024.

b. Single Stage Two Envelopes Tendering System will be adopted. Technical bids will be opened, technical capability ascertained and rejected bidders will be returned. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened and evaluated. Both the envelopes should be sealed and clearly marked as Technical
and Financial Bids.

C. The tender should be accompanied by a Bank Draft/ Pay order @ 2% of the total bid value as earnest money (Refundable) in favour of Commanding Officer PNS SIDDIQ. Cheques will not be accepted.

d. Contract will be awarded to the financially lowest declared bidder which will be based on compliance to tender documents.

e. Contract validity/ duration will be w.e.f 1st September 2024 to 30th June 2025.

f. Conservancy services will be undertaken against confirm contract issued by Commanding Officer PNS SIDDIQ after approval from HQ COMPAK.

g. Bids must reach this office till 11:00 hrs on 15 August 2024, which will be opened at 12:00 hrs on the same day in the presence of firms representatives, who may like to attend.

h. Commanding Officer PNS SIDDIQ has the right to reject any or all quotations if found technically or financially unacceptable after giving due reasons i.a.w
PPRA regulations.
