Consultancy for Production of Video Documentaries Showcasing Integrated Health, Nutrition, WASH, and Livelihood Interventions under ECHO and SIDA Projects in Balochistan Sindh and KP, Pakistan.
Each video will feature several personal stories of beneficiaries, interviews with representatives from ACF and key strategic partners, as well as beneficiaries from selected sites. This will require travel to the relevant project locations, with an ACF representative accompanying the videographer. The documentaries will:
- Highlight the scale and thematic focus of each project
- Showcase project interventions including health services, SRHR, MHPSS, nutrition screening and treatment, and WASH infrastructure
- Capture footage of training sessions for healthcare workers, psychologists, CHWs, and other frontline staff
- Feature vocational training initiatives under the SIDA project aimed at restoring and diversifying livelihoods for disaster-affected communities.
Present community perspectives and project impact. Output /Deliverables
- The appointed service provider must ensure the delivery of two professional, comprehensible, and informational videos promoting the impact of the ACF on Health, Nutrition, Drought and Flood Responses & Food Security and Livelihood.
- Develop the documentaries film’s overall concept and scenario.
- Develop a production work plan for the assignment including traveling days.
- Interview selected participants for the video projects.
- Perform appropriate video filming and shoot interviews with the projects’ beneficiaries and stakeholders, and produce high-quality project still photographs.
- Visit the selected project sites and interact with the local communities/project beneficiaries.
- Visit for coverage in different intervals during the contract period.
- Develop the documentaries scripts to be used in the films.
- Present draft documentaries film to ACF for comments on content.
- Produce two final documentary film of 3-5 minutes long integrating comments.
- Incorporate relevant audio-visual material such as background music and scenic videos sourced from public domains or licensed under Creative Commons.
- Deliver the final products through a portable storage device; final files will include completed videos in MP4 format and raw project files.
- Submit the scripts for the documentaries to ACF for approval before filming.
- Present draft documentaries to ACF and its partner at the end of the field mission and incorporate comments/changes.
- Produce edited Video Recordings of the scenarios captured, and the footage of the recorded stories.
