REQUEST FOR BIDS CIVIL WORKS
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Capital Investment Project
01. The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Human Capital Investment Project & intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments underthe conduct for civil works PACKAGE-OI.
02. The Human Capital Investment Project, Elementary & Secondary Education Department Govt: of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Bid for Re-construction of flood affected schools in District Peshawar. The time duration of the contract is 10-Months.
03. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the world Bank's
"Procurement regulations for IPF borrowers" March 2018 (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
04. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of Executive Engineer C&W Building Division-I Peshawar and
inspectthe bidding documents during office hours (09:00AM to 05:00 to Friday atthe address given below.
05. The bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested *lébBidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundabléfée of PKR e. The method of payment will be cash payment the documents can be obtained from the office of Executive Engineer C&W Building Division-I Peshawar at address given below.
06. Bids must be delivered tothe address below as per the schedule mentioned in the table below. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder's designated representative and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below as per schedule mentioned in the table below.
07. The bid securityofanybidderfoundtobe providing fake documents can be forfeited.
