ICMA Pakisan Tender Invitation

Tender for hiring of Law firm ICMA is seeking to engage the services of a qualified and experienced Law Firm on a retainer basis to provide comprehensive legal support. The selected Law Firm will be responsible for offering expert legal counsel on various matters, drafting and vetting contracts, representing ICMA in litigation and court-related proceedings, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include liaising with regulatory authorities, handling dispute resolution, assisting in legal reforms, and supporting the institute's governance framework. The team of Law Firm must also be readily available for frequent professional engagements in Pan Pakistan campuses to address legal and regulatory affairs as and when required.
