Tender Notice for

Scope of Work: -

Plumbing/Electrical: Routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and support services.

Elevators maintenances & operations: through deployment of personnel on a full-time basis from the relevant authorized dealers i.e. Doppler & Orona.

Operation and maintenance of electro-mechanical infrastructure, including street lights, water tube wells, centrifugal and submersible pumps, IESCO transformers, ATS panels, and related systems and all other items installed in the project.

Maintenance & fueling of standby generators

Security: 24/7 coverage in shifts across all 4 sites with adequate supervision.

Sanitation/Cleaning: Daily sweeping, waste removal, and cleaning of common/public spaces.

Minimum staff required for this purpose is defined in the ToRs/RFP.
