Dismantling & removing unserviceable 16 ton capacity Denco make Precision Type Split (IDU & ODU) A.C Unit from old plant room with the help of suitable capacity crane, chain pully, fork lifter and skilled workers, Job includes removing of copper pipes, drain water pipes, electrical wiring and dismantling of existing grouted frames of the units with provisioning of all Tools and Plant with required consumables items, Further Loading, Transportation and Unloading of units from TR RADAR site to PAA Store as per instruction of engineer incharge.

Providing & positioning of upward flow Microprocessor based Close control precision air conditioning unit, "factory charged oil and refrigerant as per given specifications make (USA, Japan or Western Europe) on vibration isolation rubber pad having following specifications.

Providing & laying in situ 1:2:3 cement concrete using screen graded bajri 3/4 inch and down gauge in foundation, basement and plinth i/c form work, compacting, curing and removal of form works etc. complete, foundation and basement upto 5 feet depth and plinth upto 4 feet height from ground level

Providing/Fabrication & Fixing of M.S 1 1/2" x 2" x 1/4" angle iron" frame for indoor unit as per required size (approximately 6'6" x 2'3") of unit i/c painting of angle iron frame with anti-rust and best quality enameled paint as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of CPVC SCH 80 1 size pipe for drain line with elbow, sockets, bends and unions from unit to main hole as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing, insulation, testing and commissioning of refrigerant copper pipe 7/8" size, 22 gauge for suction & liquid line with all type of fitting like, elbow, clamping, aero flex insulation, wrapping tape etc complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer incharge

Providing/welding, brazing and installation of hand shut off valve (on both sides), Filter/Drier set in liquid line & liquid site glass in each circuit as per required size of unit.

Commissioning/Pressure testing with Nitrogen gas, leak detecting, vacuums including gas charging with Refrigerant R-410a/compatible in the system as per manufacturer recommendations.

Fabricating & fixing of 20 SWG GI sheet for supply air duct & supply air plenum box i/c hanging of duct with MS threaded rods, angle iron, duct sealant, rowel bolt & nut/bolts as per F standard practice. Checking of air leakage from joints through light method as per instruction of engineer Incharge.

Fabricating & fixing of 22 SWG GI sheet for supply air duct i/c hanging of duct with MS threaded rods, angle iron, duct sealant, rowel bolt & nut/bolts as per standard practice. F Checking of air leakage from joints through light method as per instruction of engineer Incharge.

Wiring for sub-main with 4 core 10mm² standard copper conductor PVC insulated &

PVC sheathed circular/flat cable I/C 2.5 mm single core PVC insulated wire as CC in 30mm (1-1/4") dia UPVC conduit fitted on surface as required.

Providing and laying 4-core, 16mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 600/1000 Volt Grade with stranded copper conductor, unarmoured LT Cable in existing all kind of conduit or cable duct as per Pak P.W.D specifications as required

P/F manually operated Gl material rectangular volume control damper of required size on main supply air duct with nut/bolt i/c gasket complete in respect.

Providing & wrapping of best quality aluminum foil glass wool 1" thick around supply air ducts, volume control damper and plenum box with the help of glue (German white) i/c wrapping of aluminum tape threaded type on joints for best barrier against air complete from all respect.

Providing & fixing of water proof sound liner parachute type 25mm thick having density 24 Kg/m3 inside supply duct with cut screw complete from all respect.

Providing of approved colour powder coated Non-vision grille, made of best quality aluminum. Nominal Rectangular profile with border having size 3/4". Counter sink fixing holes for screw-fixing or hooks for springs. Complete in all respect as per instructions of Engineer Incharge.

Provisioning and installation of insulated Flexible Duct 8" Dia including both ends jubilee Clamps Aluminum Tape etc complete in all respect.

1½" Thick cement plaster 1:3 on walls and columns etc. basement, plinth, mezzanine and ground floor including making edges, corners and curing etc complete. Job also include fixing of given rubber foundations.

Providing installation, testing and commissioning of refrigerant copper pipe 3/8" size 22 gauge with all type of fitting like, elbow, clamping, aero flex insulation, wrapping tape etc complete in all respect as approved by the Engineer Incharge.

Wiring for sub-main with 3 core 2.5 mm² standard copper conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed circular/flat cable l/c 1.5 mm² single core PVC insulated ware as ECC in 25 mm (1") dia UPVC conduit fitted on surface as required.
