During the financial year 2025-26, registered reputable firms are invited to submit sealed bids in marked envelopes for the composition, layout designing, filmmaking, binding, and supply of departmental publications, including the monthly "Izhar" (Urdu), monthly "Paigham" (Sindhi), quarterly "Sindh Manzar" (joint Sindhi and Urdu), and special issues on Sufis, elders, national heroes, and national days (joint in Sindhi and Urdu) through the offset process.
