Sealed Tenders are invited from registered (GST/NTN) and well reputed vendors for "Purchase
of Furniture & Fixture" for Youth Development Center (YDC), University of Kotli AJ&K.
Note:
• Tender Document comprising detail of items, specifications, and other terms and
conditions can be obtained from the office of Treasurer UoK or can be downloaded from
the University website, on payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) in shape of Bank
Challan/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Treasurer UoK, AJ&K.
• Single stage single envelope procedure, as per PPRA rules, will be applied for evaluation
of bids.
• Last date for submission of financial bids is 09-08-2024. The bids should reach before
10:00 a.m. in the office of Treasurer UoK. Bids shall be opened on same date at 11:30
a.m. in the meeting room of UoK.
• Financial proposals should accompany Rs. 130000/- as 5% Bid Security/Earnest Money
of estimated value of procurement in shape of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of
Treasurer, UoK. The rates should be quoted in Pak Rupees, on F.O.R UoK and must be
valid for 90 days.
• All prevailing taxes, as per Government rules, will be deducted at the time of payment.
• The Technical/Purchase committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids
as per PPRA rules.
