Sealed Bids are invited on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure from Reputed International LPG Suppliers on CFR Basis (Port Qasim, Karachi) “CP (-t-) Premium, (—) Discount, (+) Freight” in per M. Ton. Delivery to be preferred in the respective months or as specified by SLL. The opening dates has been changed as under:
Bid Submission time: 1500 Hrs.
Bids will be opened after half an hour on same date.

1. Tender Documents contains detailed Terms & Conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, specification, rejection of bids, etc.
2. Tender documents can be obtained from address mentioned below from Monday through Friday between 0900 Hrs. to 1600 Hrs.
3. The above tenders are also displayed & can be downloaded from PPRA  & SLL websites.
4. Bids will be opened publicly 30 minutes after bid submission time at address mentioned below. In case the bid opening date falls on holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time in the presence of bidders or their authorize representatives who may wish to attend.
5. Issuance of the tender documents to new / dormant Suppliers may subject to submission & verification of their trade license, shareholding certificate, ID / Passport copies of the shareholders I directors, verification of authorized activities, product origin, company profile and signed SPA / Contract with their suppliers, at least three (3) days before the bid opening date.
6. SSGC LPG Limited reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposals.
