Technical and Financial bids on “Single-Stage, Two-Envelope Bidding Process are invited from well reputed organizations/companies for “Acquiring Services of External IT Auditing Firms” for the bank:

Acquiring Services of External IT Auditing Firms 01 Job
1. The sealed bids must be addressed to Manager Procurement & Admin General Service Division, Head Office, 11th Floor, Block G/2, Clifton, Karachi, on or before 10th June 2025 (till 11:30 a.m).
2. RFP/Bid document must be obtained through email at procurement@bankmakramah.com on working days (Monday — Friday) between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. till 09th June 2025.
3. Interested bidders are requested to share bids as per requested format mentioned in the bid document.
4. The words “Technical bid” and “Financial bid” should be clearly marked on each sealed envelope.
5. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes.
6. Validity period of the quotation should be at least ninety (90) days.
7. Bank Makramah Limited will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of documents.
8. In case of any dispute/service issues, Bank Makramah Limited can exercise its right to withdraw the RFPILOI.
9. Bank Makramah Limited has the right to cancel this bid for any reason which will be duly notified to the participant.
